As a licensed psychologist, my goal is to provide you with a compassionate and empowering therapeutic experience to help you improve your mental health, reach your goals, and achieve your potential. I see therapy as a place for you to gain insights about your personal patterns, process difficult experiences, overcome obstacles, and improve your relationships.
I tailor therapy to fit the unique needs of each client or couple. I work collaboratively with clients in setting therapeutic goals and use many strategies to successfully achieve them. These range from being a genuine listener to an active support, providing you skills to cope, manage stress, and maintain healthy relationships. I focus on the impact of culture, gender, race, and sexuality on wellbeing.
I provide individual and couples psychotherapy services to adults and adolescents. I provide teletherapy services at this time.
